Fourteen terrorists were killed by Pakistani forces following suicidal terrorist attack

(MENAFN) On June 28, Pakistani military forces killed 14 terrorists during a security operation in North Waziristan, part of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, following a suicide bombing targeting a military convoy.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the military’s media wing, the attack involved a vehicle-borne suicide bomber who initially was intercepted. However, a second explosive-laden vehicle rammed into a military vehicle, resulting in the deaths of 13 soldiers and injuring three civilians.

In response, Pakistani forces launched sanitization operations in the area. After intense firefights, 14 terrorists were killed. The ISPR stated that operations are ongoing to clear any remaining threats in the region.
